Les questions fréquentes

Combien de temps dure un accompagnement ?

La durée de l’accompagnement varie en fonction des enjeux. Par exemple, pour un client qui avait des problèmes de projets non livrés à temps et avec des équipes mécontentes, j’ai proposé 2+1 soit 3 jours de formation action. 2 jours de formation et une 3^ème journée pour repenser les problèmes de leurs entreprises et utiliser les outils.

D’autres accompagnements peuvent être sur un temps long de 2 ans par exemple : l’objectif étant de faire grandir un CODIR et qu’il s’approprie les outils du DISC : styles de comportement et facteurs de motivation. L’objectif étant une meilleure cohésion dans le CODIR et améliorer les performances opérationnelles.

Mon objectif est de rendre les participants autonomes et ainsi se passer de moi ! C’est l’essence même de l’apprentissage.

Est ce que vous intervenez à distance ?

Oui, je peux intervenir sur site en France et à l’international en langue anglaise ou à distance.

Pour les accompagnements individuels du DISC par exemple, ce sera plus facile à distance mais pour les accompagnements collectifs, ce sera toujours en présentiel afin de répondre avec justesse aux questions des participants.

Quels sont vos supports ?

J’utilise un support de présentation classique mais également beaucoup de vidéos et jeux expérientiels afin de rendre concrets les concepts de gestion du changement, de biais cognitifs des êtres humains qui sont nombreux. Cela ancre les formations et l’accompagnement dans le corps des participants pour mieux intégrer les sujets.

Comment accompagnez-vous les équipes de terrain qui résistent aux changements ?

J’accompagne tout d’abord l’équipe managériale afin de comprendre les freins et les leviers du terrain. Je leur propose de se former à la connaissance de soi (Styles de comportement - DISC et moteurs de motivation – WPMOT) afin qu’ils comprennent mieux les résistances. Ainsi il leur sera plus aisé de répondre sur le fond (revendications) et la forme (temps plus ou moins long pour assimiler le changement).

Finalement qu’apportez-vous de plus qu’un autre consultant ?

J’apporte une expérience de terrain éprouvée en France et à l’international. Je vous propose des exemples concrets de mise en œuvre. Je peux également vous accompagner dans la mise en œuvre terrain des changements, des outils et des systèmes de management.
